Ms. Min has more than 17 years of experience in telecommunication industry (more than 10 years experience in leading multinational company). Ms. Min xianghui is the CTO office head in AP strategy & marketing department.
She experts on next generation network solution, FMC/IMS solution and business consulting, with intense marketing sense and insights on future network and technology trends.
Ms. Min got a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Beijing university of post and telecommunications and master degree of BI Norwegian school of management.
